Nature of Business

This website sells original abstract paintings and limited-edition prints. Original works are one-of-a-kind pieces created and sold directly by the artist. Prints are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print partner.

Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

Bex Fennell Artist shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, except where required by law. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
